Outstanding hotel for what you paid for.. Everything was perfect and attention to every part in the hotel !
Aircon was pretty strong, readily available hot water for bath tub & shower. Bed was not soft or very hard, no problem to fall asleep. There's a nice couch corner at the window and leather chair is very comfortable.
Breakfast was splendid and good but I am a small eater.
ASR hotels in Phnom Penh has plenty of water for guest hydration - they put a very big bottle for dispensing water.
Best of all, it's World cup fever, there's free channel to watch here!
This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. Well equipped. Some of the rooms have a washing machine and a small kitchenette. Highly recommended. Breakfast is good. The location is a bit off the city centre but there’s a shuttle bus that brings you to the city. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in many hotels across Phnom Penh, and this one stands out for its spacious rooms and quiet atmosphere. It’s located a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but taxis are always easy to get, so it’s not an issue at all.
A special mention to the receptionist, Tey, who was very courteous and kindly offered early check-in, which was truly appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
It really deserves a 5/5 stars!
The service is incredible, staff is very kind and very helpful.
Breakfast is also absolutely worth it, very varied with high quality items.
I would definitely come again!
