Glad I didn't book a room and decided to take a look instead.
Went to the reception and there was nobody there, the place looks abandoned. The doors to all the rooms are left open and anything can go inside. It seems as if nobody is taking care of the place. The beach is man-made and the water is a mix of sea water and mangrove water. However the view is nice.
Newly opened resort. The rooms are great. You can rent a BBQ to enjoy your seafood diner. You can bring your own food. Lot of space and a beach. It deserves to be known.
Clearly wouldn't go there again with our group. Booked through Agoda. It was clearly written RESTAURANT, which doesn't necessarily means that they have food. Since it is quite a bit away from town, on the end of a bumpy dirt road, it is hard to find food nearby. The service was basically run by a 16 year old handing out the keys and answered to any question we had "no no no". So it's basically like a motel. Get your key, give your passport and pay upfront. What a pity. Hope the owner will realise anytime that there are westerners which like to stay a bit away from the crowed but would enjoy a bit off service. So no breakfast...no restaurant...no food. You are on your own there...
Pictures are misleading. Didn’t qualify as a resort. Roads are bumpy. View is not as nice as in the picture. We booked two rooms via agoda and paid 105$ but decided to leave and look for a hotel in the city instead.
