The day staff almost doesn't speak English, but the night staff does. The hot water didn't work so we called them, they tried to fix it and couldn't so changed us the room from a double to a twin, no choice (the hotel wasn't crowded so I'm wondering why). There the water didn't work either. I was tired to move so simply asked for a discount the next morning and they said they already change so no discount. When the TV or the power plug didn't work I just didn't bother. It's quite cheap at 14$/room and clean but I wouldn't recommend.

Although the security guard want happy with my bicycle in the foyer and wanted it to be packed with the motorbikes. The receptionist allowed me to put it in my ground floor room for US$12 (with Aircon). Got pizza delivered from The Pizza Company as it was pouring rain four the evening.

Nice big rooms, friendly staff, and walkable distance from river front. It also has cheap and delicious khmer street side restaurants near by. The only downside is that we saw some cockroaches in our bathroom. The water from the bathtub also drains into the flow.
