The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious with reasonable prices.
One thing we really liked was the decoration. The hotel beautifully showcases Khmer culture, with traditional Khmer-inspired décor and details throughout the property. It gave the place a warm and unique atmosphere.
The only issue we had was the TV in Room #104. It only made a loud static/wind noise, so we couldn't hear the audio properly. Other than that, everything was great. If you don't usually watch TV, it probably won't bother you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
Loved our stay here. Great sized room and bathroom (with a good shower). The roof top pool and bar are amazing. Sitting watching a fabulous sunset one evening was a particular highlight. The staff were all lovely and the laundry service was much appreciated. Perfect location too! Highly recommend.
Le Botum Hotel is a solid option in Phnom Penh, especially for its convenient location near the Royal Palace and riverside. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which is a big plus in the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it offers good value and a pleasant overall experience. We didnt love the breakfast options buy it was nice to have included in the room. The coffee bar was quite nice.
Excellent hotel near to the royal palace. Close to lots of attractions and bars/restaurants but not in a noisy area.
The staff were so nice and very helpful, but totally professional- nothing was a bother to them.
