The staff is incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive, and always available. The food is absolutely excellent, with a special mention for the breakfast, which is simply outstanding — delicious, generous, and truly wow. Just wow.

This charming hotel is simply superb. Every aspect of the 9 night stay was just wonderful. It is absolutely amazing how peaceful it is yet it is on the outskirts of Siem Reap. If you want elegance, quality, peace and amazing service then you must stay here. The staff are all smiles and the breakfast is really great too. Thankyou.

The hotel manager, Fred, provided an impeccable experience. The room is spacious and a balcony with a sitting area overlooking the pool. you’ll feel secluded in a tropical paradise. Yet, it’s only minutes from the center of Siem Reap.
Nearly every morning, I would take dip in the pool before partaking of the complimentary breakfast. The jam is fabulous!

The Palmeraie is ideally located a few kms from Siem Reap (a few min by tuk-tuk), in a tranquil, quiet and spacious oasis.
It is managed by Frederic who welcomed us. Present and discreet, his staff took great care of us during our stay.
The room is super comfortable, clean and has all that's needed (and more) including a large balcony overseeing the pool.
The food was excellent from breakfast to diner, and cocktails!
Overall, we LOVED our stay at the Palmeraie, we felt at home and were able to relax before heading back to work.
We highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Siem Reap.
