I recently visited Koh Sdach Resort By EHM and was absolutely blown away by the location. The environment is incredibly peaceful and the natural beauty of the island makes for a very relaxing stay. While the initial check-in service was quite fast and friendly, I found that the room service required a bit more effort, as I had to ask multiple times for basic items. However, the overall experience was still very good because the scenery is so fresh and unique. It is a fantastic destination if you prioritize a beautiful atmosphere and a great island vibe!

The room is extremely worn out and poorly maintained. It feels neglected and far from what you would expect from a decent place to stay. Even worse, the staff allow guests to play very loud music until late at night, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The management clearly does not care about their guests’ comfort. The staff are unprofessional and completely unhelpful when problems arise. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I strongly do not recommend staying here The hospitality is Zero.

You bought a room far from Village for peace relaxing.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the maintenance of our room. Between the rusty door, the unstable flooring, and a persistent ant infestation on our bed, the experience was not super comfortable. Furthermore, after an hour-long repair to fix an AC leak over our bed, the damp linens were never replaced. The state of the beach was also a major letdown, as it was covered in trash mostly throughout our stay but this could be because of the wave bringing it over (we stayed for 3 nights). I hope you'll take this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience. The place has a lot of potential.
Good place for a relaxing trip. Nice location on Koh Sdach Island with a peaceful atmosphere and fresh sea air. The rooms are clean and the service is very good. Perfect for a company trip or short island getaway. I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, which was a great time to enjoy the island and relax.
