Such a nice place to relax in nature. Helpful staff, beautiful well-maintained environment, long pathways for walking and riding a bicycle, dinosaurs’ walk for kids, various types of accommodation. Swimming pool, steam sauna and hammam. Different sports activities on site. Good breakfast. Definitely coming back again and can surely recommend.

PLEASE do not come to this resort, came to stay in the 3 room Villa and would not recommend as instead of sleeping the night me and my family drove back home. If you value your safety you might want to think twice before coming to stay here. A fence is usually used to block things from entering a place, however here the height of the fences here is a staggering 1m tall, maybe even less. Even a child could jump over the fence which means that if a child could jump over it, a robber would be able to with absolute ease. Now the rooms are super dirty, cockroach feces in the building, dirt on the floor, refrigerator with a horrid smell, sink with molds, the window locks are broken. How come a villa is outside of the resort! So ridiculous! The receptionist was super rude treating us as if we begged to stay for free, very poor customer service. So we decided to check out right away even with full deposit for 2 of 3 bedrooms villa and 1 for 2 bedrooms villa. All broken parts should be fixed before customers check in! We will never ever consider about this resort again!!!!! TL;DR: Horrible rooms, terrible service, not worth the price, no safety, not recommended do not stay.

Not the best experience I got from staying here. First time turned me off and I didn't want to return. Good impression at first of how they managed everything above average level on site area this big. In room: no impression of interior room design. Bedsheets are very old and worn off, the bed quality is not hotel grade. Hot water isn't working, water is almost impossible to shower, very little water comes out, outdoor showers are scary. The balcony is huge but looks abandoned and many leaves are covered on the floor. Balcony light isn't working, I spent time with the underage kid (very young) to come and check my lightbulb, I have spent almost an hour can't do anything just wait for them back and forth fixing it. We had 6 people with 3 rooms. We were asking for cookout preparation, but it was in pleasant response and seeking ridiculous charges. Okay we paid that. Every single thing is charged. Furthermore, we asked for rice at 21:15 they said the restaurant was closed, while they told us we were closed at 22:00, because less guests but the chefs were tired, bad excuses. Room, 2 of our friends also planned to come, so we asked for a room for them to book around 20:30, at 21:00 our friends got lost and decided to return home, so we asked for cancelation and they refused, due to the system being locked. What a system that locked cancelation and open for booking only. Come on we aren't stupid.

Lots have been improved to reflect the feedback from guests. Rooms have been upgraded, love the one with private pool. Scenery has always been stunning and now it’s even better given proper maintenance that was much needed. Will definitely visit here more often.
