It was a nightmare. I understand it's a budget hotel, but the cockroaches in the second-floor hallway were too much. The plumbing leaked all night, and the dripping sound was driving me crazy. Hot water only came on ten minutes after turning on the faucet. In the morning, the receptionist pretended not to understand English. We ran out after the first night without a refund.

"Very cozy place with a homely atmosphere. We stayed here for over a month, and it was hard to leave. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and the owner pleasantly surprised us with small treats from her garden. During our stay, we felt comfortable and at ease. The hotel is conveniently located: there is a market nearby, a supermarket at the end of the street, and the promenade and lotus pond are not far away

Such low-class responsibility! Already booked a 2-night room, but when arrived, there’s no room available. Especially disappointing that no one comes to meet or talk face-to-face to solve the problem. As a tourist service, they should be more responsible and find a proper solution for guests, not just say ‘no room’ and do nothing.

Just perfect : clean, quiet, spacious rooms, lovely staff we wanted to stay one more night but they were full during the lunar new year. I recommend ! Overall good value for the money + They have a good restaurant next door and a laundry

Rooms are very clean, fresh and well maintained. I have a fan room, $8 (US) a night. English spoken at front desk. Polite and helpful staff. Very close to the market and 10 min walk to the main bridge be the river. Comfortable beds, not too hard and bedding is spotless.
