I enjoyed my stay here very much. Everything you need is provided and I feel they do if it to keep up their cleanliness. The bed was absolutely amazing to sleep in and I would recommend this hotel seeing that their prices are very reasonable.

The rooms are large, clean, and the service is good, especially the restaurants near the market and near the Kampong Speu Provincial Hall, with a garden in front and reasonable prices.

This is one of few big places to stay right in the middle of the town along riverside and 5 minute away from the town market. U can see full view of the town park. The room is just OK, not luxurious, but reasonable price for what it could offer. There are pretty good food options selling and very closed to it.

If I could give fewer stars I would. Rooms were unclean, rubbish not removed.No complimentary water - as is customary in every hotel and no one with any motivation to do anything about it. Do not recommend!

Good location but noisy from 6:00 to 22:00 because of night market with techno music opposite the river. Restaurant next door or at night market. Day main market at 100 m. Need maintenance and refreshing
