we were so pleasantly surprised with our stay here, the room was much bigger than expected, and the shower was incredible!! super friendly and helpful staff. great wifi and also right next to the royal palace/very close to the riverfront. our bed was spacious but a little bit hard. AC was mostly fine but did cut off at one point.

During our trip we had the chance to stay here 4 times. This hotel has a great cost-quality ratio and its location is perfect: close to the Royal Palace and the center of Phnom Penh in general, surrounded by all facilities, bars and restaurants. We always booked the deluxe room with balcony and we really enjoyed the view on the Royal Palace, on skyscrapers and part of the Mekong river. The rooms are spacious, simple but comfortable and with all you need. The owner is a special person: nice and friendly, always happy to help. Last but least: we have always appreciated a lot the bottle of water offered at the arrival. Thanks for this! ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely book here again in case we are back in Phnom Penh. We felt like home! 🥰

Four days staying the guest house. It’s really bad time the room that I got no have window. The air is really not slow. I got really small toilet and someone who’s done by and the reception. He’s really not fairly when I asked him to call the PassApp for me to go somewhere. He called his friend and take the money more than me. I stayed there for two days and then after I asked to change the room, but we come late and then I asked him again to change. He still have not he said no have but I check it in online still have he’s always lying and the room is so so so bad. In guest house no have elevator. It’s really not easy to move everything.

Last minute booked a night stay at their Double Room due to our transport was cancelled. Pros: - Located within city centre and attractions are at a walking distance - Convienent shops, bars, and restaurants just at the doorstep - despite being close to shops, bars, and restaurants, it was much quieter than my previous stay nearby - it's a standard Asian size double room as advertised with a comfortable king size bed. - Simplicity and quietness of the accommodation - there's an aircon that works well. - room didn't smell.

Dear management whom concerned. It’s first time for me & my special. The room well-arrangement but no so clean. Staff not so friendly, one of staff assisted our luggage and receptionist also had discount our third night as I had stayed three nights. It’s too convenient way where it located mini marts, restaurants especially 7 mins walking through the Royal Palace. Totally, it’s acceptable & fits for backpackers who low budgets. Thank for your assistance.

EE-cafe is 47.1 km west of Julieka's Guesthouse — a short ride rather than a walk.

This countryside café in Kirirom offers coffee in a spacious, clean setting. Visitors find it a peaceful spot with functioning facilities, though it serves drinks rather than food. The atmosphere appeals to those seeking a quiet break in a rural location.

Guests consistently highlight the coffee quality and reasonable prices, along with the cleanliness of the space and toilets. Several mention the peacefulness of the setting. One visitor noted the limitation that food is not served here, only beverages, which is worth knowing if you plan a longer stop. The overall feedback suggests a straightforward, functional café rather than a destination venue.

The café suits travellers passing through Kirirom who want a coffee break without fanfare, or anyone seeking a calm spot away from busier areas. Go expecting coffee and a quiet atmosphere, not a meal or elaborate service. The rural location means it works best as a planned stop rather than a casual drop-in.
