The cheapest rooms are $12 and include air conditioning and hot water. On-site parking is available, though guests have reported that staff direct some cars to park on the road rather than in front of the hotel. Wi-Fi is unreliable, so plan for patchy connectivity.
I loved my stay at this hotel. The daytime receptionist I interacted with, as well as the housekeeper, are always so nice! The room was very spacious, and I was lucky to get a room with windows on two sides (on one side it was actually a balcony, even). The desk was very convenient for working on the laptop, and there was a fridge in the room. The AC and the water heater worked well. And there was even a drinking water dispenser near reception. All in all, I would gladly stay here again if I am to visit Kampong Cham again.
My only wish would perhaps be that they would clean more throughly between guests: there was dust on the wardrobe and on the TV.
The price is very reasonable, by the way: $12/night.
I would never call it a 3 star, but as a budget option it does its job ;) Cheapest rooms are 12$, which gives you A/C and hot water. Wi-fi signal was erratic, which is pretty standard for most khmer budget hotels. My room had a balcony with a nice view over town. Bed was comfy and decent size. There was an elevator and on-site parking (they extra secured my scooter for the night, which was nice). Two disadvantages were mouldy bathroom and tons of small light attracted flies in the evening - no idea how they got into the room, but there are plenty of them in Kampong Cham in general.
Security guys are not good, it seem likes, he is only welcome for the rich and modern car. For old fashion car, they are not allow to part in front of hotel, they force to park outside or on the road 👎 Even we ask for the reason, they said no reason “
Park here”. 👎
Good location. A/C barley cooled room and was extreamy loud. Deffinitly need earplugs as noise from other rooms was very loud. I would not recommend staying here.
