I have a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking experience. Upon arrival at the scheduled 2:00 PM check-in time, I was informed that my room was not ready and was asked to simply hang around the premises. Shockingly, the room remained unavailable until 5:00 PM, a three-hour delay with no proper explanation, accommodation, or compensation offered by the staff. Throughout this ordeal, the hotel staff demonstrated a complete lack of helpfulness, friendliness, and basic customer service care, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused to me and my family.
When I finally had the opportunity to see the room and property, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the actual condition of the room and environment was significantly worse than what was portrayed in the images on the booking app. The property appeared neglected and did not match the advertised photos, which clearly constituted false advertising and misrepresentation. Even more concerning was the presence of numerous guests, including Indian and Chinese customers, openly smoking throughout the property in what was supposed to be a smoke-free environment. Additionally, there appeared to be suspicious activities taking place that raised serious safety concerns. As a parent traveling with small children, I felt the environment was completely unsafe and unsuitable for my family.

This is incredible! A very beautiful hotel with its own private facilities. Everything is clean and very cozy. The houses are located far from each other, so you can't hear your neighbors. A very beautiful place, conveniently located, and the sea is right across the road. I would gladly return to this wonderful place again.
Everything was good until my car got damaged…
I know he meant well but the wind shield wipers were not designed to lift up but he managed to yank them against the front hood and damage the paint..
I am so so so happy we stayed here. We came to Kep on a spur of the moment trip and decided to look around for a place to spend the night with our family (7 of us). We chose this place because of its beauty and because it was a peaceful place to relax. The rooms have single and double beds but they were all booked. Luckily for us they still had the big house in the middle for rent. We bought some fresh seafood at the market and enjoyed it in the air conditioned living room. This place has 4 queen size beds, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. It also has 3 bathrooms which is great! After eating we were exhausted so we decided to get ready for bed. There is one tv upstairs and one downstairs as well. We showered and watched some YouTube(not much since the beds were so comfortable we went to sleep really fast). Early in the morning we all woke up and had a great time in the swimming pool. Now we are on our next adventure. I will definitely come here again when we visit. Thank you again!!!
Best option if you are looking for private bungalow. New build bungalow room, next to the road and close to the rabbit island port. About 10 minutes walk to the beach.
