Booked 2 rooms. Arrived and given 2 rooms. Neither had hot water. Western toilet seats not attached and my Khmer friend was told that none were attached in the hotel. Also, toilet didn’t flush. Given new room. Poor air con. We had not paid so left for another hotel. First time in many hotel stays globally that I left for another place. Staff was ok. Location distant from center. No waiting transport.

We got a VIP room with a great view of the river. It was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in easy walking distance to restaurants and the market, but the location is quiet and next to a nice river walkway.

I can say it is a good and nice place to stay in Steung Treng. The owner and staffs are friendly. The room is quiet , the receptionist was very helpful and quick when I asked for more pillows. The room got a big balcony and bathtub, hot and cold water , great you to the river also I enjoyed seeing sunrise🌞

OK hotel overlooking the Tonle Sekong & Mekong Rivers. Not far from the centre of town - easy walking distance. Should be quiet given the location, but spoilt by the very noisy local kids (till late) and the odd barking, howling dogs. The beds are firm (not soft and comfortable) but not rock hard, so you should be able to get an OK sleep. The room I had (balcony room for USD20) was quite spacious and equipped with the basics (TV, small fridge & A/C)....and sufficed for an overnight stay. At a stretch, you could withstand a second night if forced. The A/C was quite weak, and the vent flap was broken (so it pointed straight down and restricted the air flow). The fridge barely worked. Didn't try the TV. The worst thing about the room is the large gaps in the balcony doors. This allows many insects to enter. If you leave any light source on after dark (TV would be included in this), then expect to be overrun by immigrating insects of all types). The gap also allows noise to enter. The private bathroom was large, mostly clean and OK hot water supply. Slow lift available to all floors except the Sky Bar....which is fine as this seems to be permanently closed. Parking on site is available but not covered or entirely secure. Bonus for me was that even though not dogs are allowed, management granted me permission for the night.

Wow, definitely a good surprise ! We didn’t wanted to fall into a creep guesthouse and looked around here, we have been simply well welcome, room are clean, air con and view is great. Location is just amazing as it is inside city center and Mekong view Definitely would recommended for few nights stays when considering stung Treng as a stopover ! Would have love to enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant though .. but it’s wrong season
