If you want the experience of having to explain what a room deposit it, and not getting it back, when you stayed in the room for less than 12 hours. (What could I possibly done to the room in that time to revoke my deposit) great place to stay.

The hotel and casino are cleaner than the surrounding casinos – top 5%, I'd say! Didn't hit the casino floor, but the hotel itself is spacious and comfy. 🤩 #Hotel #Casino #Cleanliness #Comfort #Luxury

The photos and reviews here are wonderful but my experience during a visa run just recently was very, very horrible. I checked in around noon time which is kind of early but I was tired and stressed out from what I had to deal at the border so I was praying I could check in early. However, I was led to a foul-smelling room, it reeked of cigarette smell, even the sheets and pillows. I asked to be moved but I was told the hotel was booked, well apparently, there were already a lot of gamblers at the casino, so that explains it. I decided to take a nap while waiting for my document to be processed so I could head back to my apartment, covering my nose with my sweatshirt just so I could nap. When my document came in, I went down to request the staff at the reception if he can help me print my visa letter, but he was quick to say that if I don't have a Telegram app, he can't help me. Then he turned around. I approached another staff but she just ignored me. I asked the guy at the security check if I can speak with their supervisor or manager but he pointed me back to the reception area again. You can't get help from these people. Customer service at its worst. I decided to just leave the hotel, wasted my $82, unfortunately I had to deal with my situation. I wish I can post this without giving a star. I moved to another hotel, the Mocbai Bavet Casino and Hotel, the staff are friendly, the helped me print the documents I needed. The room was better and the food was great, too. Tho

Exelent service I'll give it a 10 rating. Very helpful. The manager made my travels so much easier. He saved me a lot of time, money and worries. Its Near the border, awesome rooms. Great staff. Everyone is helpful. I'll definitely go back and refer it to any foreigner.
