Be aware of all these nice reviews from people. If you look carefully, they only have 1 or 2 reviews, meaning they are not legit reviewers. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable but bedding is worn out. Floors are not cleaned properly. Breakfast took 45 minutes for the staff to prepare! We ordered simple breakfast and it is beyond me why it took that long to prepare one egg, dried up bacon (it was like chewing a piece of plastic), two pancakes, one halved grilled tomato. Disappointing breakfast with couple of old cut up watermelon, couple of breads in a small container. I was afraid to eat those. Staff are courteous and friendly.
Stayed a week. Staff was excellent. Met the owner accidentally. Pool was nice. Room large plus interesting layout but kitchen is not for anything but looks. No microwave & no utensils or plates or silverware. Kettle & fridge is all. I asked for room cleaning twice but they did not ever change linens during 7 night stay. Loved the bed quality & washing machine. If kitchen was appointed & linen changed every two days I would return but plenty of other hotels in better locations for same price point. Best find was SOHO Coffee Garden a short walk away. If owner fix the issues then this place be 4+ stars. Not employees fault. They were very delightful professional and genuine to serve.
The room itself is okay however no internet, the TV doesn't work.

We booked a longer stay at Sarina Hotel and Villa and decided to split our time between the hotel and a villa—a decision we are so glad we made!
We started in a beautifully appointed hotel room. We loved the daily housekeeping, the incredible breakfast spread, and the vibrant, social atmosphere around the main pool. It was perfect for our first few days when we wanted to be in the heart of the action.
Sarina Hotel & Villa served its primary purpose perfectly: as a comfortable and efficient transit hotel for the Phnom Penh airport. The proximity is unbeatable, and the value for money is excellent considering the included breakfast and shuttle service.
