The staff were all very friendly.
Our first room had issues with plumbing and had a very strange smell so we had to change rooms. The problem was resolved quickly and we were moved to a better room. It's very clean and has a nice view of a pond. The rooms are quite big and there is an AC and TV but the toilet paper is very bad. There is a restaurant beside the hotel which is a bit expensive but it has delicious food.
Overall very clean and very accommodating staff, however, a bit pricey.
Great value and location. Koh Kong is getting a vibe. Skip the seafood on the dock and buy and get it cooked at the market. Half the price and fun market ad usual in Cambodia. Will return.
Great value for money it is in a good location very clean the room is quite big the bed is soft but not too soft almost sponge-like but very comfortable the bathroom was clean the shower pressure wasn't very strong but it was adequate the air conditioning worked fine . I stayed on the third floor it was very quiet would definitely stay here again
The VIP room on 2nd floor with King bed was clean with clean sheets. The restaurent was excellent with a western breakfast option and supper options included meat sourced fron New Zealand and Australia. The room should have been better supplied in terms of quantity and quality of toilet paper. Location was close to the Thailand Border.
