Location is good. There is restaurants right at the ground floor. Bus stop is at a walking distance. Friendly staffs. However rooms are very small but in good proportion with room rate. Towels and mattress are not clean though. I would recommend this place to those who has budget constraint.
There is a guesthouse type and hotel type. The hotel side just renovated. Nice and clean room, center of town, good price 15$/night. Totally recommended if you plan to stay in Kampong Thom.
It's my 2nd time here. Actually the photos are old. The hotel part is no more, the Guesthouse part next door still exists. The smallest single rooms are $5,- fan and $8- Aircon. The shower is hot. The rooms are clean. The WiFi is so-so, but the Amazon coffee shop next door has excellent WiFi which reaches the common balcony. They are well used to foreigners. The buses stop right outside. Many of the tuk tuk drivers hanging around outside speak some English and quote reasonable fares for taking you to the sights out of town.
