I had a very disappointing experience at this resort due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism from the staff. Throughout our stay, it was very difficult to receive proper assistance, and many requests were either ignored or handled inadequately. For example, requests for room cleaning, towel replacement, trash bin cleaning, bathroom maintenance, and water heater issues were not properly addressed. The staff often appeared unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The restaurant service was also disappointing. Although the menu offered a wide selection of food and beverages, we were informed that certain drinks, including coffee, could not be prepared because there was no bartender available. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the resort was below expectations, with many areas appearing dirty and poorly maintained. The food portions were very small considering the high prices charged. Overall, I do not believe this resort provides value for the price paid, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Fabulous Stay Great experience even it is a short vacation and away from my work, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anuksa Lodge, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish especially the room over looking to the river, from the moment I arrived feel very welcome, the lodge itself was nestled in a beautiful, serene location surrounded by nature, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with rustic charm and modern comforts. the bed was incredibly comfortable. there were also plenty of activities nearby, from hiking trails to wildlife watching, making it ideal for nature lovers, It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting while enjoying top-notch location. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to others. ST

Love Anuksa! I am new here at Chiphat for the first time! And I just can saw wow !! I love everything about the resort and also the services of the BBQ Dinner! Always amazing experience!! And what I really love the most is the people who work there every day a smile on their face and so helpful it just makes a lot of fun to be a part of the Anuksa Lodge And the water fail near to the resort, the natural around the place area, it was an amazing guy, lovely guy, cannot descript this beautiful stay experience!!
