The hotel is incredibly nice. Breakfast was very good. We started a tour to Angkor Wat at 4am and they arranged a little breakfast box for us! The people are nice. Pool is beautiful and clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Angkor Palace Resort & Spa. It is a truly beautiful establishment with a wonderful ambiance. Our room, number 371, was quite spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The views of the pool and the lovely flowering trees from our balcony were superb. The entire resort is meticulously maintained, and everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The staff here are truly exceptional; everyone was friendly, helpful, and polite. I will certainly choose to stay here again upon my return to the area.

I’ve stayed at many places in Siem Reap with my family, this has been my favorite and will plan to come back. The connecting rooms are good for a family. The pool is the largest pool I’ve ever seen, it was great. Breakfast was great, service impressive.

Our favourite hotel on our whole family south east Asia adventure. Amazing Cambodian architecture, culture & team. One of the friendliest must authentic hotels we’ve stayed in, ever. Beautiful people attentive staff. Dinner was excellent & breakfast was good too. Made us really think about booking with big chains & ensure we book with hotels owned & run by nationals of the country we visit. Huge rooms, massive bathroom. So tranquil & peaceful just like the Cambodian people. But only $5 in a TukTuk into the busy but brilliant Siam Reap. A magical place, we can’t wait to return. The kids loved it as did we. Beautiful Spa, wish I’d taken advantage of the t as my feet were aching after trekking round the Angkor temples.

I would like to offer a sincere tip for future guests: before your official checkout time, if you plan to have a bellhop collect your luggage first, please be prepared for other staff members to enter your room immediately. During our stay, we were still inside the room and had not officially checked out yet; we had simply let the luggage attendant take our bags out to the tour bus. Right after the bags left, other housekeeping staff walked straight in to inspect and clean the room. Although we understand the hotel's desire to speed up turnover efficiency, entering the room so abruptly while guests are still inside—and well within their paid time—felt rushed and intrusive. I hope the management can refine their staff training to see things from the guests' perspective, finding a better balance between operational efficiency and basic courtesy.
