We stayed in the new building but it was not fully ready. I don't know who design the bathroom because the arrangement is a mess. Imagine you are in the middle of shower, and when you want the shampoo or body wash, you have to walk a few steps to get it. Then when you're ready and need the towel, you have to walk to the bathroom's door to get it as there's no hanging near the shower. The air conditioner didn't work. The building is new, but there is cockroach inside the room showing the lack of pest management. Talking about the restaurant, the atmosphere is too dark. The staff were so unfriendly, unprofessional, lazy, slow, and always with mad face. This hotel needs a lot of improvement.

Hotel located in centre of the Strung Treng city where you can find everything there. Unlucky we stayed next to a group of families came there for tour in Strung Treng. They made too much noise even mid night and early morning. The staff were not supportive after we called.

The staff were extremely helpful with our booking. They responded quickly via Telegram and were extremely flexible. The hotel is close to a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants and market stalls. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hot water for the showers is very good! I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice/

It’s a decent enough choice given the limited options in the city. However, I was very uncomfortable because of a major ant problem -- they were everywhere, including on the bed.

When we arrived at the reception we were not even greeted by the front desk lady. She remained unwelcoming and arrogant throughout the inquiry. She did not even bother to look up from the desk when we asked about available rooms and its prices. The rooms we got had the doors wide open with the keys already stuck inside. The balcony door was open and when we tried to close it there was still a gap, literally a mosquito feast. We got a double bedroom but one of the bed was not even made. Bedsheets were not tucked in and it looked like it remained the way the previous guests left it. When we tried to lock the door before going to sleep the lock fell out of the door. We had to reach out at night to fix the problem but luckily unlike the front desk lady the person who came by was helpful. The air conditioner was not there to cool but to heat up the room.
