I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. The establishment itself is truly great, boasting a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by your friendly staff.
I would especially like to commend Ms Isotharom, the Front Office Manager, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to assist us did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced our visit.
Additionally, the rooftop bar provided an excellent setting, offering stunning views of the river and proving to be a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Thank you once again for your outstanding service. We look forward to returning in the near future.
We really enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was full of dark wood with a balcony looking out onto the square. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the hotel's Sombok restaurant was a wonderful experience. No buffet here, just wonderful, tasty food and exceptionally professional service.
Really loved it.
Hotel staffs are very helpful & friendly. Their decors are awesome. Peaceful & quiet hotel. Sombok in this hotelprovides such delicious food & drinks, well presented, definately recommended to try.
You know it’s a great hotel, when I’m excited to return. I stayed in the suites for a few nights, and gosh it’s an incredible property. So much charm and comfort in the rooms. Beautiful natural wood floor, that’s beautifully taken care of. So delightful to walk on and CLEAN. Room was impeccably clean. Breakfast at Sombok will be the best breakfast you have, by far. Staff are all nice. Location is fantastic. Views are amazing. 5 minute walk to the party district. Liked my stay so much, I booked 8 more nights here already.
Fantastic hotel . great rooms, breakfast and service . Location ideal for all visits and taxi and Tuk tuk outside. Staff always helpful .
