It kinda look dingy from outside but their rooms are clean! They have really taken care of their rooms. New paint, spotless tile and soft towels. They offer 10 USD/night for fan option or 15 USD/night for air conditioning room.

Good hotel, fan room 10$ a night, Clean bed and friendly staff The neighbouring gym is good to go for a morning session! Good option in town

I had a pleasant stay at 99 Guesthouse. The friendly owner speaks French and English and allowed me to put my bicycle inside. Room with fan was $8 and comfortable. There were a few long black hairs hanging around but otherwise it was clean. The guesthouse is conveniently placed in town. It was a bit noisy outside in the evening due to the Songkran festivities starting out, but I think otherwise it would be quiet enough.

This is a good place to stay. I was pleased from the very start. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I am riding a bicycle around Cambodia and without me even asking, I was directed to bring my bicycle inside for safe keeping. This was very much appreciated. The person that checked me in can speak English. I've mostly been in rural areas and I hadn't had a real conversation with anyone in a little over a month so it was nice to have a casual chat. My Khmer is improving, but I'm far from conversationional level. The room was everything I could hope for: clean, comfy bed, cold air and hot water.

Highly recommend this hotel - great location in Koh Kong and the owner is extremely kind and helpful. We forgot some belongings in our previous destination and he called on our behalf to help us get them back. He also spoke great English. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced! Side note: don’t do your laundry with the lady down the street as she stole two of my clothes items. It was a laundry place recommended by the hotel but of course it’s not their fault.
