Family run guest house. Song Sedth, the owner together with his wife and kids are exceptional. What a pleasurable experience. Thank you for making me feel at home and part of your family.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Clean rooms, good fan and mattress, very quiet location. The owners of the hotel are so kind and helpful. I only stayed for one night before my flight, but you can’t find this quality hotel for such a good price anywhere else. When I return in the future I will stay here again!

Super family run guest house 🏡 in a quiet area, very friendly family and even the pets will greet you once they recognise you. Highly recommended. Just a note, I’m not a tourist guide, just a traveler. I’ll add a photo soon.

We stayed here for a few nights in one of the AC rooms. It had a TV, no fridge or kettle. One of the cheaper options in Phnom Penh but it was relatively clean with enough space to put things. Had a desk and chair too. Bed was soft. The shower pressure was good although the water never got very hot. No problem though when it’s 35C outside! AC worked well. Staff were nice. The area is out of central, about 15-20 minutes walk to some nice restaurants which are otherwise just a tuktuk ride away. Not an affluent part of town but you get to see the real Cambodia out of the relative glitz of the centre this way. Most of the family speaks good english and their little boy was adorable in advising me about resting when taking my luggage up the stairs (yes, there’s no lift). We had one or two mosquitoes but got rid of them no problem. Would stay again.

EE-cafe is 46.7 km west of 139 Guest House — a short ride rather than a walk.

This countryside café in Kirirom offers coffee in a spacious, clean setting. Visitors find it a peaceful spot with functioning facilities, though it serves drinks rather than food. The atmosphere appeals to those seeking a quiet break in a rural location.

Guests consistently highlight the coffee quality and reasonable prices, along with the cleanliness of the space and toilets. Several mention the peacefulness of the setting. One visitor noted the limitation that food is not served here, only beverages, which is worth knowing if you plan a longer stop. The overall feedback suggests a straightforward, functional café rather than a destination venue.

The café suits travellers passing through Kirirom who want a coffee break without fanfare, or anyone seeking a calm spot away from busier areas. Go expecting coffee and a quiet atmosphere, not a meal or elaborate service. The rural location means it works best as a planned stop rather than a casual drop-in.
