Questions about Hero
- How do I join the Hero programme?
- You already are, the moment you book. The account created with your booking email is your Hero account — there is nothing to sign up for and no card to carry.
- How are Hero points earned?
- You earn 10 points per unit of currency spent, credited once the stay has actually taken place. Upcoming and cancelled bookings earn nothing.
- Does the programme cost anything?
- No. It is free, and it never changes the price of a room: we charge no booking fee and take no commission, whatever your level.
- Do my points expire?
- No. Points are counted from your stays themselves, so your total simply reflects everywhere you have been with us.
