The park stays open around the clock and draws families with children, skateboarders, and people seeking an accessible outdoor area. The setting includes nearby food vendors and the Kampong Thom market within easy walking distance, along with free parking for visitors.

Several reviewers highlight the convenient parking and proximity to food and drink vendors. The park's accessibility is mentioned as a strength, with one visitor noting the nearby market and accessible entrance. During Khmer New Year celebrations, it becomes a gathering point with local vendors selling snacks and food. The park functions best as a daytime family destination, though many visit in late afternoon to avoid heat. It suits families with young children, people with mobility considerations given the accessible entrance, and visitors looking for a free, low-key outdoor space. Those wanting to explore local food options will find the adjacent market useful. The 24-hour opening means it can be visited at any hour, though the experience and crowd differ considerably between day and night.
