One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, full stop. The staff are immaculately kind and anticipate every need before you even think to ask. It's rare to find a place that nails both style and substance, but this one does it effortlessly. The location is unbeatable: easy walking access into town, yet the second you're back through the gate it feels like a completely different, tranquil world. Genuinely great value for what you get. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. Highly recommend.

To sum up, this hotel is perfection – and it’s rare to be able to say that. Attentive service from friendly staff who are always smiling and go out of their way to help, an excellent breakfast, a comfortable and beautifully decorated room that’s cleaned several times a day, a superb swimming pool and spa, and a very good location. It really is 5-star in every respect. Well done to all the staff – from the receptionists working both day and night shifts, to the front desk, housekeeping, spa and restaurant teams – who collectively go the extra mile every day to ensure an excellent experience that stands out from other hotels of the same standard. The hotel is very accommodating in finding solutions for us whenever necessary. It’s perfect. Thank you.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Viroth Hotel. From the very first day, we received the warmest welcome from the receptionist. Through this first encounter, we immediately felt the kindness, warmth, and hospitality of the Cambodian people. We have traveled to many destinations and stayed in numerous hotels, including some very luxurious ones, but we have never experienced such outstanding service. What makes Viroth Hotel truly special is not only the beauty of the property but, above all, its incredible staff. Every single member of the team greeted us with a genuine smile and kindness throughout our stay. From the breakfast staff to the evening team, everyone was attentive and caring. We were especially touched by the little details: offering mosquito repellent before each outing, asking how our day was, checking whether we enjoyed our breakfast, and always making sure we were comfortable. These thoughtful gestures may seem small, but they made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and perfect in every way. The food was also outstanding, with delicious flavors that exceeded our expectations. Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious rooms and top notch service throughout. Breakfast was great, and I loved eating at the courtyard cafe each morning. The little touches made the experience feel extra special, from the body scrub provided in the bathroom to the complimentary vintage car ride. I also enjoyed a traditional Cambodian massage at the on-site spa, which was a highlight of my stay. The gym was well-equipped to keep up with workouts while traveling.

It is The Best hotel. Quiet place in the city centre. Great location for walk around, shopping and dining. The best service team, not only friendly but pay attention to every details. We had the most wonderful time here. Can’t recommend enough to others. We tried different places for dining. Honestly the chef of the hotel can out-beat others as well. I know that they change menu from time to time. Please try their pomelo salad if you see it on the menu. It is amazing. They will be your first choice for your hotel choice of the trip to Siem Reap.
