Not great at all. Rooms are extremely basic. 4 sleeper room only had 2 pillows and hotel was unable to provide more so had to buy extra at local market. Room and bathroom smelled terrible on arrival. Beds extremely uncomfortable and aircon only worked if bathroom door was closed. List on wall of charges for any breakages but bathroom towel rail already broken etc. No bar or food service. Laundry does not include ironing. Staff are friendly. Location is great as it is on the same street as the night market.
Pretty terrible. Rooms are very old. The first one they gave us really reeked of mold, so we asked for another room, which was fortunately less smelly. However, there was no hot water in the shower, which added to our frustration.
I think they focus too much on trying to look like a resort. I've stayed in far simpler hotels that had better basic amenities. For the price, look someplace else.
Old room and bad service. Their pool is good, location is close to the town but I met some horror stuff that leads to not sleeping there anymore. Do not sleep on one of the villas, go for the wooden house.
I and my wife stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in to the second we left, it was a fantastic stay in every way. We were welcomed with a cold drink, shown to our beautiful room which was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The garden was stunning and the pool was small but adequate. The staff were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the food, but we only ate their once and spent our time exploring the Battambang. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Battambang.
Unfortunately I do not have any photos of the hotel but I wish I did but, I can explain a lot too but there's a whole explanation at the bottom. Breakfast there is not open. They always clean your room everyday at 10:30 AM. Pool is always open until 10:30 PM while it opens at 7:00 AM.
