The management shows a genuine interest in building long-term guest relationships and always finds a solution, even for uncommon challenges.
The apartments (I am referring to the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout) are exceptionally stylish and appeal immensely to my design-oriented Swiss taste.
Furthermore, the complex offers excellent infrastructure: you will find a shop, various restaurants, a top-tier gym, and a large, beautiful outdoor pool right on-site.
This is already my third time returning here, and I will definitely come back again.

VELEA Service Apartments do a fantastic job overall. The apartments are very well equipped with all the amenities you need. The pool is always clean and well-maintained at a comfortable temperature. The gym is clean and offers plenty of training options for every workout. Staff genuinely welcome feedback and act on it quickly. The whole compound is kept clean and tidy throughout. The co-working space is a real standout and adds absolute value to the property. The security guards do an outstanding job, providing constant and reliable safety throughout the compound. All in all, this is the best place to live in Siem Reap.
i just finished my 2nd lease of 1 yr here at rose apple sq.i hate to leave but have to return to usa for a month.i will come back to stay here afterwards.The workers here are GREAT. the property is meticulously maintained,great security,one of the best gyms and pool in the city ,they have everything you need right here,the location is perfect also,last week i watched a wedding on the street right below my 4th floor balcony , it was amazing to watch and hear.life here always makes you feel alive and part of a loving community,i will miss it while i am gone..i just received my cash deposit back today,2 days before my exit,making that process super easy and hassle free.thanks again Rose Apple.see you soon❤️
Fabulous place to stay. Everything was top notch from the rooms, the facilities, the location and most importantly the people. Was there for a year and it was completely painless. Can recommend to anyone travelling to Siem Reap on either a short or long tem basis. 10/10
Very nice complex in the heart of Siem Reap. Prices might be a bit on the high side, and the units are compact to say the least, but the amenities and staff more than make up for this!!! Pool is awesome, gym is practically new and very well taken care of, and the staff… Daniel, Chhean , Kim (congrats on the baby), Sreymom, and the rest of the Rose Apple all-stars, we would happily stay here again because of you alone!!! Thank you for welcoming us, and truly making it feel like home for our two month stay with you!!! Happy Khmer New Year and we’ll see you in November!!!
