We stayed here for 4 nights and experienced one of the best service that a hotel can offer. From the airport transfer staff, reception, restaurant and room services all the staff are courteous, pleasant and very helpful. The food is great as well and the rooms are spacious and clean with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend this hotel

We had an amazing stay at Two Seasons Hotel in Siem Reap! Traveling with family can be tricky, but booking the 2-bedroom private pool villa was hands down the best decision we made. It gave us plenty of space, privacy, and a relaxing environment to unwind after exploring the city. What really stood out is that even though they offer more budget-friendly options, the quality across the hotel remains consistently high. You’re not sacrificing comfort or service no matter what you book. The location is perfect—just a quick 5-minute walk to Pub Street, so you’re close to everything but still able to enjoy peace and quiet when you return. The staff were absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was excellent! If you’re visiting Siem Reap, staying at Two Seasons is an absolute must. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Room is clean and service is good. Hot water is working well too. Breakfast spread is delicious and has a decent variety. No hair conditioner provided. Stayed at level 3, comes with a small balcony. Has rooftop bar and a small swimming pool. A convenience store just opposite the hotel. Close proximity to food places and pub street and massage parlours. Would have been perfect if not for the few times I was woken up in the middle of the night by loud barking dogs during my few days stay there.

There are hotels that provide great service, and then there are places that genuinely make you feel cared for. Two Seasons Siem Reap was definitely the latter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was a first to Cambodia and a surprise birthday trip for my significant other so planning a surprise from another country can be stressful, but what stood out most was how effortless James made it feel. Every message was answered promptly, professionally, and warmly. No question ever felt too small, and no request ever felt like a burden coming from someone like myself being detail oriented. Thanks to his efficiency, patience, and attention to detail, I felt completely at ease. He played such a crucial role in making this trip special, and I hope the team recognises what an asset James truly is! When we arrived, the excellent service immediately came to life. We received such a warm welcome from Thinn, who picked us up from the airport and instantly made us feel comfortable and excited to be in Siem Reap! At the hotel, we were welcomed by Ben and the reception team, whose warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Ben and the rest of the team was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests, making everything feel smooth from the very beginning. We chose the pool villa and it was as lovely as its photos: BRAND NEW AND CLEAN The birthday surprise exceeded all expectations! The team went above and beyond: decorations at our pool villa and a complimentary

Booked 3 nights, but extended to 5 we loved it so much. Exceptional value for the price $68 CDN / $50 US. The twin room on the 5th floor had a balcony and was generous in space. Bathroom had a tub and separate shower. Toiletries were excellent as was the quality of the towels and bed linen. The room also has a small fridge. All were very clean. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with both local and American breakfast provided, bacon ham etc. Also had a egg station with a chef. Excellent assortment of coffee and breads. Freash fruit and jams. The roof top infinity pool was just the right size and had a bar. Lots of towels and lounge chairs provided. Boutique Hotel that is not a party hotel The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the action, but is still quiet. Couldn't ask for a better location. I can't say enough about the staff at all levels of employment. They take such pride in their work and will make every effort to meet or succeed the needs of their guests. The hotel also offers tours and have Mr. Chinn as one of their tuk-tuk drivers on the property. He is kind and will take care of your needs, he is fluent in English. We initially booked through a third party and paid approximately 13% more for the first 3 nights. We booked directly with the hotel for the 2 extra nights and saved money, so please book directly with Two Seasons. Please note I I have no affiliation with the hotel. Great stay and have already recommended Two Seasons to my sister and her fri

Relax Spa

Spa & wellness 221 m 3 min walk 4.9/5 on Google

Relax Spa is 221 m north-east of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 3 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “spa & wellness”.

The next two places under “spa & wellness” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are The Spa Siem Reap (303 m) and The Secret Eden Spa (816 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Relax Spa sits right next to the Park Hyatt in central Siem Reap, offering massage and body treatments in private rooms. Visitors mention a welcome of tea on arrival, a cold towel and refreshment before treatments, and a hot beverage plus fresh mango afterward. Massage oils come in a choice of scents, including lemongrass, and the facility itself is described as clean, spacious and well air-conditioned. Options mentioned by guests include shoulder, back, neck and head massages, foot massages, full body massages, and couples sessions.

Reviews are consistently positive and repeatedly note steady, well-judged pressure from therapists held for the full duration, friendly and professional staff, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere that some guests connect to Khmer and Buddhist sensibilities. Several reviewers highlight promotional discounts, including a 50% off deal that made longer sessions, such as a two-hour massage, feel like good value. A couple of guests mention personal touches, such as staff arranging a small birthday surprise. No significant complaints appear across the reviews, though the frequent mention of time-limited promotions suggests standard rates may differ from what some visitors paid.

The spa is open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, making it workable for an evening treatment after a day at the temples or a pre-dinner stop given its Central Park location. Given its popularity and the mentions of discounted packages, it is worth asking about current promotions when booking, and reserving ahead if you want a specific time slot or a couples room. It suits travellers wanting a straightforward, comfortable massage experience in a convenient, easy-to-find location rather than a resort-style wellness retreat.

Bars 251 m 3 min walk 4.7/5 on Google

ASANA OLD WOODEN HOUSE Cocktail Bar is 251 m south-east of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 3 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “bars”.

The next two places under “bars” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are Ambar Cocktails & Karaoke Bar (360 m) and Charms Cambodia (411 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

ASANA OLD WOODEN HOUSE Cocktail Bar sits in a converted wooden house set within a small garden compound, styled to evoke a floating village dwelling. The bar is compact and intimate, with the counter as a focal point where bartenders prepare drinks. The venue operates its own gin distillery on-site, and the menu spans creative cocktails featuring Khmer influences alongside classic preparations. Free peanuts arrive as a side offering.

Visitors consistently praise the atmosphere, describing it as an oasis and a step back in time compared to the surrounding area. The cocktails draw specific mention — guests highlight the tamarind drink (described by staff as inspired by khmer somlor majou) and the house gin as worth trying, and note that non-alcoholic options are available. Staff performance across the board registers as attentive and knowledgeable, with multiple reviews noting the bartenders' skill and friendliness. The main reservation visitors raise is pricing, which runs higher than nearby establishments on Pub Street, though most feel the distinctive setting and quality justify the cost. The space accommodates solo diners without pressure to leave.

The bar opens from 4 PM to midnight daily (Sunday hours are not listed). It suits visitors seeking a quieter, more curated drinking experience over the higher-energy bar street scene. The location is in Mondul 1 Village on Street 07, accessible as an evening destination when exploring Siem Reap's accommodation area. Arrive early if you prefer less crowded conditions, as the compact size means it fills quickly.

Restaurants 295 m 4 min walk 4.9/5 on Google

Graines de Piaf is 295 m south-west of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 4 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “restaurants”.

The next two places under “restaurants” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are Mesa - Restaurant (306 m) and Wild (640 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Tucked on Funky Lane in Siem Reap, Graines de Piaf is a small French restaurant open evenings only, run by a French owner who cooks and often talks guests through the menu himself. Dishes mentioned by visitors include bavette, magret de canard, pork filet with truffle sauce, duck in mustard sauce, beef fillet and creme brûlé, with meals typically served with salad and bread in the French style, alongside wine the owner is happy to pair with the food.

Reviews are consistently positive, with guests praising the quality and freshness of the cooking, reasonable prices, and the warmth of the owner, who is repeatedly described as friendly, passionate and attentive, including to non-French speakers thanks to an English menu. The one recurring caveat is space: the dining room is small and can get crowded and noisy on busy nights, with karaoke inside, so some diners have ended up seated outside among smokers, which they actually found quieter than the interior.

This is a place for an evening meal rather than a casual lunch, since it only opens from 6pm to midnight. It suits travellers who have had their fill of local cuisine and want a properly cooked French dinner with wine, or anyone curious about a small, personally run kitchen rather than a large restaurant. Given the limited seating and evident popularity, arriving early or booking ahead is worth considering, especially on weekends, and those who prefer a quiet indoor setting might ask about seating before committing to a table.

The Spa Siem Reap

Spa & wellness 303 m 4 min walk 4.8/5 on Google

The Spa Siem Reap is 303 m south-west of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 4 minutes on foot.

The next two places under “spa & wellness” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are Relax Spa (221 m) and The Secret Eden Spa (816 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Set on Sok San Road, this spa occupies a spacious, well-appointed building where the arrival ritual is part of the experience: a welcome drink, cold water or tea, and sometimes a foot cleanse before guests are guided upstairs to treatment rooms. Facials, body scrubs, wraps and massages, including longer couples sessions with add-ons, are among the treatments on offer, carried out in clean, quiet rooms with soft background music.

Reviewers are consistently positive about the setting and the service around the treatment itself: the foyer, the hospitality touches like tea served afterward, and the professionalism and warmth of the staff come up again and again. Several guests single out particular therapists by name for attentiveness and care, and more than one review notes that pricing feels straightforward rather than inflated with constant discounts. The massages themselves get a slightly more mixed response — most call them relaxing and good, but a few describe them as solid rather than exceptional, with one guest mentioning a minor lapse in a therapist's personal hygiene that briefly took away from the experience.

The spa runs late, open from mid-morning until 11:30pm most days, which suits both an afternoon stop after temple visits and an evening wind-down before dinner. Booking ahead is sensible for longer or couples' treatments, though at least one guest managed to get in with only two hours' notice, and the staff have been described as flexible with appointment times. It works well for travellers wanting a proper pampering session — facial, scrub, wrap or massage — in surroundings that feel more considered than purely functional, though those chasing the single best massage of their trip may want to temper expectations slightly.

Mesa - Restaurant

Restaurants 306 m 4 min walk 4.9/5 on Google

Mesa - Restaurant is 306 m south-east of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 4 minutes on foot. Of the 5 places under “restaurants” within a kilometre of the hotel, this is the best rated.

The next two places under “restaurants” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are Graines de Piaf (295 m) and Wild (640 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Mesa sits right on Pub Street in Siem Reap, serving Cambodian food to a steady stream of visitors from late morning until midnight, seven days a week. The menu runs through familiar Khmer dishes alongside more adventurous options, from sweet and sour chicken stir fry and beef cheeks to roasted duck with curry and, for the curious, crocodile meat served in small tasting portions before you commit to a full order. Meals typically arrive with small extras that guests did not order but remember afterward — lemongrass or pomegranate tea, watermelon with dried fish flakes, banana chips, or a Cambodian pumpkin dessert offered on the house.

Reviewers return again and again to the service rather than any single dish, naming individual waitstaff who explained menus, steered orders around allergies, and suggested tasters for unfamiliar items like crocodile. Despite the Pub Street location, several guests specifically note that it did not feel like a tourist trap, crediting genuine attentiveness over a scripted routine. The one recurring caveat comes from diners less familiar with Cambodian cuisine, who rated the food itself a notch below the service — a reminder that this is a kitchen rooted in local flavors rather than international crowd-pleasing.

Given the location and the volume of praise, expect a lively, touristy stretch of street outside and a fairly full house inside, so evenings may mean a short wait despite the long opening hours. It suits travelers who want an introduction to Khmer dishes with guidance from the staff rather than a self-service buffet approach, and those who value being looked after as much as what lands on the table. Groups and diners with allergies or dietary restrictions appear well accommodated based on repeated mentions.

X-Bar

Nightlife 322 m 4 min walk 4.2/5 on Google

X-Bar is 322 m south of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 4 minutes on foot.

X-Bar is a rooftop bar on the corner of Sivath Boulevard and Sok San Road, positioned just outside the main Pub Street strip in Siem Reap. The space has multiple levels and games—pool tables, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, and beer pong—along with a notable half-pipe skate ramp on the top level. It opens from 5 PM until 4 AM daily, with a rooftop layout offering views of Pub Street and the surrounding area.

Visitors consistently praise the atmosphere once it fills up after 10 PM, describing it as lively and energetic with a good mix of locals and tourists. DJs and occasional live music are regular features. Drinks are reasonably priced, with canned beers around 1.50 dollars and bottles at 1.75 dollars. Some guests mention a fire show as an occasional attraction. However, experiences vary noticeably: while most visitors enjoy the venue, particularly late into the evening, a few report disappointingly slow service and disengaged staff during quieter periods. The rooftop can be quite subdued in early evening hours with sparse crowds. One visitor noted the bartender appeared uninterested, contrasting sharply with other accounts of friendly staff. The quieter periods mean the music level is manageable compared to other nearby bars, which appeals to those wanting conversation.

X-Bar works best for late-night visits after 10 PM or especially after 1 AM when other bars close and crowds migrate here. It suits visitors seeking games, dancing, and a mixed social scene rather than a focused nightclub experience. Expect it to be calmer in early evening if you arrive before 9 PM, and best visited with a group given the games and social setup. The location just off Pub Street helps it maintain a slightly less touristy edge than venues directly on the main strip.

Sights 323 m 4 min walk 4.4/5 on Google

Pub Street is 323 m south-east of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 4 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “sights”.

The next two places under “sights” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are The Living Arts Village by Artisans Angkor (522 m) and Old Market Bridge (532 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Pub Street is the main entertainment hub in central Siem Reap, a vehicle-free street lined with bars, clubs, restaurants, and food stalls. The strip fills with lights and music at night and operates around the clock, drawing both tourists and locals. Nearby is a night market offering additional food and shopping options. Visitors can expect everything from dance clubs and cocktail bars to casual seating areas and street food vendors.

Guests consistently praise the atmosphere and value. The street is energetic and social—people mention it as ideal for meeting other travellers and relaxing after temple visits, with an upbeat vibe comparable to entertainment districts in New Orleans or Nashville. Beer prices are notably cheap, with some visitors citing beers around 0.75 USD, and happy hour deals are common. Food options span many cuisines with reasonable pricing. The main caveat is the noise level; music is loud throughout the street, which some find exciting and others find overwhelming. Locals are reported as friendly and willing to chat.

The street works best as an evening and late-night destination after a day of sightseeing. It suits travellers seeking nightlife, casual dining, and a social atmosphere rather than a quiet experience. It is busiest after dark and operates continuously, so timing is flexible. Those sensitive to noise or seeking a more subdued evening should consider elsewhere in the city, though the street remains functional and welcoming throughout its hours.

Ambar Cocktails & Karaoke Bar is 360 m south of Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel — about 5 minutes on foot. It is among the three closest places to the hotel under “bars”.

The next two places under “bars” from Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel are ASANA OLD WOODEN HOUSE Cocktail Bar (251 m) and Charms Cambodia (411 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Ambar Cocktails & Karaoke Bar is a two-in-one venue in Siem Reap's Alley W where you can order cocktails and move between drinking and karaoke in the same space. The bar operates nightly from 6 PM until 3 AM. It draws a mixed crowd of locals, remote workers, and tourists, with a casual atmosphere that regulars describe as down to earth.

Visitors consistently praise the cocktails and the friendliness of staff and owner. The owner, who is from Colombia, is noted for mingling with guests and occasionally buying rounds for the bar. Guests mention reasonable prices compared to nearby venues, and several visitors returned multiple times during their stays in Siem Reap. One visitor noted the karaoke equipment could use an upgrade—specifically stronger vocal microphones and additional speakers—though this did not dominate their overall positive experience.

Come in the evening or late night if you want a sociable atmosphere; the bar is busiest after work hours and into the early morning. The karaoke facilities are available but not state-of-the-art, so manage expectations if you're seeking polished karaoke-bar production. It suits anyone looking for cocktails in a relaxed setting without pretension, and particularly appeals to people staying longer in Siem Reap who want a regular spot.
