Fabulous stay. The staff are wonderful, so attentive and helpful if there are any issues with the room, facilities etc. The reception team but in particular Veasna sorted out all of my transport back to Phnom Penh to make my flight home. Would give 6 stars for the staff alone if I could! Beautiful location, you can only access by tuk tuk so keep in mind when you disembark at the port. Could not recommend this boutique resort enough, thank you ❤️

Stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The room, the view, and the overall ambiance were amazing—perfect for relaxation and slowing down. The staff and GM were all incredibly friendly and hardworking, making the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Erik, who was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is a little on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and quality experience. It’s far enough from the noise of Long Set Beach to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough if you want to visit the bars and meet people. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both relaxation and convenience.

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Staff are amazing especially the ones that work out in that heat Pool is beautiful and so is the beach. The food menu is quite pricey however if your stay includes breakfast it very good. The location is beautiful but if you want to go out and about I recommend you hire scooters. My only concern was the lack of rubbish bins available around the beach area. Constant plastic and other objects from the ocean and lazy arsed guests leaving it behind. Found myself on occasions going around picking it up. Just needs a few signs asking people politely to look after this fabulous beach and a few rubbish bins around the beach area.

A true paradise on earth! We’ve recently returned from The One Resort on Koh Rong, and it was unforgettable! The island welcomed us with a pristine white beach right in front of the hotel — the sand is soft as flour, and the water is crystal clear. The atmosphere here is pure relaxation and peace — no loud parties, just the rustle of palm trees and the sound of waves. The property is large and well maintained: you can freely walk around three neighboring resorts, which adds variety to your stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. We especially want to highlight the general manager Dmitry — he is always reachable and does everything to make guests comfortable, and the restaurant manager Hong Hak, who personally oversees the quality of the food. Many employees take care of the grounds, so everything is clean and tidy! The bungalows are stylishly decorated in a boho design — cozy and with their own terrace, some of them with a sea view. There’s a great pool and beach bar whit delicious cocktails. We didn’t want to leave even for a minute — this is a place we’d love to come back to again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real tropical paradise!

Overall, a beautiful place with great potential, but several important details need improvement. We really liked the beach — it’s genuinely beautiful — as well as the charming villas, the swimming pool, and the responsive staff, who were easy to reach via WhatsApp and usually quick to help. We were pleasantly surprised that our beachfront villa had two separate rooms and two beds, even though the description mentioned only one. The food in the restaurant is tasty, although noticeably overpriced. However, there were several downsides. One time we ordered a salad described as being made with fresh tuna, but it arrived with canned tuna, which was disappointing. Beach BBQs are held only on Saturdays. On other days, lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant building, which feels more like a canteen: too bright, no atmosphere at all. It would be very easy to place at least some tables on the beach, which would make a huge difference. The only beach bar is located in the relative You&Me hotel. It has a nice vibe during the day, but feels rather dull in the evening. Card payments are handled poorly: staff are reluctant to bring the terminal from the main building, you can’t charge to your room unless you stay in You&Me. In all areas they ask for a 3% surcharge for card payments. On the positive side, the mojito was good, and the happy hour from 4–7 pm is decent: draft beer for $1, cocktails for $3.5. Upon arrival, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, and the air

Cafés & bakeries 163.4 km 4.5/5 on Google

EE-cafe is 163.4 km north-east of The One Resort Koh Rong — a short ride rather than a walk.

This countryside café in Kirirom offers coffee in a spacious, clean setting. Visitors find it a peaceful spot with functioning facilities, though it serves drinks rather than food. The atmosphere appeals to those seeking a quiet break in a rural location.

Guests consistently highlight the coffee quality and reasonable prices, along with the cleanliness of the space and toilets. Several mention the peacefulness of the setting. One visitor noted the limitation that food is not served here, only beverages, which is worth knowing if you plan a longer stop. The overall feedback suggests a straightforward, functional café rather than a destination venue.

The café suits travellers passing through Kirirom who want a coffee break without fanfare, or anyone seeking a calm spot away from busier areas. Go expecting coffee and a quiet atmosphere, not a meal or elaborate service. The rural location means it works best as a planned stop rather than a casual drop-in.
