The hotel operates from 1 AM to 12:30 PM daily. Rooms are basic with tile flooring and compact bathrooms that serve as shower areas. WiFi has experienced ongoing connectivity issues according to guest reports.
Stayed in the Mou Hotel for 4 nights. The room is filthy often with dust and the bed surrounding has dust, bugs and some random microscopic germs that make me develop skin rash after returning back home. TV has only two channels that can be tuned via Analogue TV only TV5 and Apsara TV. Shower Soap isn't given for me only Shampoo. Clock is inside a safe instead of hanging on the wall.
The location itself it's in a middle of a small road where there are some food shop nearby. Big C is within walkable distance
Staff are friendly and helpful. Very hospitable and i had a conversation with him about football.
Price is affordable, quite cheap frankly speaking
Overall out of 5 stars i will give it around 2.5 stars.
The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. However the WiFi didn’t work properly my entire stay, despite complaining to the manager many times. The told me it was fixed but it disconnected every 5 minutes on numerous devices. Based on past reviews it seems this is an ongoing issue spanning months and months.
The staff is extremely kind whether at the reception or for cleaning the rooms. The rooms are not extraordinary but they are clean and pleasant to live in. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
If you're just looking for a place to sleep, its not too bad but its just 2 beds in a tile room with a small bathroom that doubles as a shower... oh and its cheap. If you're from America just be aware its not what you're used to.
Staying here made my vacations more enjoyable, it’s not a 5stars hotel but it’s clean enough, price is reasonable… staff is really friendly and the room was comfortable
