Good to know
The hotel is open daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Rooms do not have bathtubs. Water may be turned off during the day due to ongoing renovations. The restaurant closes at 3 PM. Wheelchair accessible parking is available.
I’m very put out by this hotel. Firstly, they put me in a smaller room than I booked, then sold that room to someone else who moved in after me. Secondly, the owner is busy renovating various rooms, such that the water is turned off all day. You can’t shower, use the toilet, or wash your hands! Then of course there’s the noise of a concrete drill and other building noise throughout the day. If the owner wants to renovate he should close the hotel and do it when he has no guests! Another thing that lets this place down is the cheap, super thin soap provided - the sort you get in cheap hostels. I’m paying for a premium suite and getting a third rate experience. There are no tissues provided either. Just a roll of toilet paper left beside the cups and glasses. The place could be lovely, but just another example of an owner who does give a toss. Can’t recommend with these let downs.
For those who want a peaceful and away from the chaos city, this is the place. They have option for cheap room and expensive room. So make sure to ask to check both type of rooms to see what suit you. Good price but don’t expect anything crazy, it was still abit of under construction at the time but still clean enough, I’m sure it will be a lot better next time. I hope they fix the wet ceiling in the room we stayed but can’t say it the same for every room. Staff were 10/10. It’s the best place for quick pit stop and good enough for long stays.
Our team of 12 had a wonderful experience. The room and service provided such a warm welcome, and we truly enjoyed our stay. A special mention goes to Rika, who was incredibly helpful. We really appreciate the excellent teamwork and the best efforts of everyone there. Thank you
Staff is great. Work hard to meet your needs. Food is excellent, price for pool while eating has gone up from $2 per person, to $3 for each child and $4 for an adult. Maintain pool well. Staff great and if Owner is there and cooks your meal it will be on class with 5 star hotel.
I had a lovely stay here. The place is clean and spacious. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable, despite it being middle of the Water Festival holidays and the hotel seemed flush with tourists.
