I've enjoyed a fantastic stay here and keep extending my booking to stay longer! My apartment is very spacious with plenty of windows that fill it with sunlight. Every morning, I enjoy great views of the city from the large living room and balcony. The bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen has all I need to cook for myself every day. The apartment is always quiet, and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The location is great, too. I can go pretty much anywhere in the city with a quick $1 or $2-Grab ride. It's been an ideal base while searching for a job in the city's English language schools. What really helped me feel at home is the owner and other staff, who are all super friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The owner speaks fluent English, and she's happy to chat and help with any advice I might need about Phnom Penh. Overall, it's terrific value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting or staying longer term in Phnom Penh!

Staying at St Apartments in Phnom Penh was, hands down, the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was clear this place doesn’t care about its guests. First of all, they didn’t even provide something as basic as a glass of drinking water. How can a so-called “apartment” fail to meet the simplest standards of hospitality? The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the lift was out of order for most of my stay, forcing me to climb stairs every time — utterly unacceptable. Housekeeping? Forget about it. When I asked, I was shocked to be told it’s only available once a week. I’ve never encountered such poor service in my life. And to top it all off, the owners were a constant disturbance, creating noise and nuisance throughout the property. Instead of a peaceful stay, it felt like living in chaos. This place doesn’t deserve to operate. I’d give it a 0.5 out of 10 if I could, and even that feels generous. Avoid St Apartments at all costs. Save your time, money, and sanity by staying elsewhere.

Amazing place! Good location, really nice Stuff and nice apartment. We have been spent here 3 wonderful weeks and totally recommending this apartments! If i come back to PP, i book this place again. Thank you!!!
