I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt taken care of throughout my visit. Kimnai ans nirodey and the entire team were exceptional warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of service really made a difference and created such a welcoming atmosphere.
Everything was well organized, and the team went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I genuinely appreciate the effort and hospitality shown during my stay.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel , The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax.
What impressed me the most was the hospitality. From the security staff at the entrance to the front desk team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive during check-in. The housekeeping staff were also very polite and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel truly valued.
The resort is peaceful and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The only small point is that the road from Road 60m to the hotel is a bit dark at night, so better lighting would make it easier for guests to find the resort.
Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend Sokha Palace Resort to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service and warm hospitality!
Our first trip to Cambodia was made truly special thanks to Hotel Sokha Palace. We stayed from July 20th to July 25th and were thoroughly impressed. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive—with a special shout-out to Mr. Hong Mi, Ms. Kimnai, and Nirodey for their outstanding hospitality.
The food was fantastic fresh and value for money the ambiance was superb, and the property truly looks and feels like a palace. I guess the largest hotel in the city.
This certainly won't be our last stay here; we can’t wait to return!
