Three of us stayed in a Twin Room and a Deluxe Pavilion. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The attached verandah was quite large and appointed with a diwan and cushions.
The location is superb, covering both the east and west parts of Railay beach. You arrive by boat from Ao Nang on the East side, and you swim in the blue waters on the west. They provide electric golf carts to ferry you from one end to the other so you don't have to burn in the tropical heat.
The food leaves much to be desired, though. I have seen a better breakfast spread at an airport lounge. And I received three pieces of shrimp that were not de-veined in my Som Tum salad. In a resort island with little competition from restaurants, this should be the first thing they address for a good guest experience.
What a small resort with a small room. First, I entered the resort, and the staff were unfriendly to us. The room is not clean, the air conditioner is weak, and not cool. Breakfast is included, but it tastes weird and is not good at all. There is a pool, but it is not clean and smells bad. They don't have a big space for us to park our car.
Need more honesty and hospitality.
The staff (Man) stole beer earrings with prizes that value around 30$ and charged more than the actual amount of drinking water on the bill.
Thanks for your wonderful service. We love your resort and your teamwork's service. Sure, we will book your place again when we come back to Kampot. The best place to stay in Kampot city.
