Sangkahak Mith Hotel is located in Kep a long the road 2322, kep city, Kep Province Cambodia. We dedicated to provide the best services in Kep and surrounding provinces.
During my stay at Sangkahak Hotel in Kep City, I found it to be a pleasant place with a peaceful atmosphere and a convenient location for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers comfortable rooms that are suitable for a three-star property. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, and provide the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
At the time of my visit, the hotel was undergoing renovation and upgrading several facilities. While this created some minor inconvenience, it is clear that the management is investing in improving the guest experience. Once these upgrades are completed, I believe the overall quality and value of the property will increase significantly.
From a business perspective, continuous investment in facilities is an encouraging sign because it demonstrates a long-term commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff were polite, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed, which contributed positively to the overall experience.
There is still room for improvement, particularly in the common facilities and recreational areas. Completing the ongoing construction and enhancing these services will make the hotel more competitive within the Kep hospitality market.
Overall, Sangkahak Hotel provides acceptable value for its category. It is a good choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay, and I look forward to seeing the property again after the renovation has been completed.
Walking distance from the beach. Good facility. But when we're there it's under renovation and by 6am people started working, ruining peace in the morning. Also scaffolding and building materials everywhere, reducing comforts. Although room is big and clean.
Room : look clean but not feel clean and not comfortable (the floor is cracking, the hot water is not working properly, the water is low flow, the balcony is provided but not accessible because of the construction)
Service: not so good as the recieptionist is not polite when I ask about the price after check out, the breakfast has many kind of food including bread rice and noodles but the taste is not good for me, the plate and glass are not well cleaned, the parking area is not well prepared, anyone can go in and out without the security. the pool looks good but not clean enough as when I swim, I feel the dirt or sand on the pool floor and feel itchy after coming out of the pool.
location : in the remote area far from the market and the sea where not easily to find something to eat.
Never again.
Buffet breakfast? Yeah, sure. We came there 15 minutes after it started and there was no food at all. We had to tell the stuff to bring us food amd they were surprised that we actually expected to get food!? We had a bunch of monks eating all food as soon as the stuff brings something. They were not hotel guests, they appeared out of nowhere and ate everything, probably for free.
Either prepare enough food or give paying guests a priority and let monks have leftovers. I don't care about their beliefs, I payed my breakfast and hardly got three different things, while at least 10 other things were eaten and they didn't bother to refill.
We had ants on the dining table and a sparrow flying over our food. And flies, ofc. Idk why is it so hard to keep the food clean.
The food, at least what we saved from monks, was tasteless, both western and local food. Even for Asian standards, this service for this price is unacceptable.
Oh yeah, there was a stray dog that was only skin and bone that was regularly coming in the hotel garden and I never saw stuff feeding it. So I guess that parasitic monks are more important that a starving dog???
The whole hotel is in terrible condition. Mold in the shower cabin, dust on shelfs, we couldn't open windows and there's no mosquito net on the balcony door. No chairs at the balcony. Only one chair in the room. We had one light that blinked all the time and toilet stopped working at some point. Hairdryer was glued to the wall, so you hav
Amazing stay at Sangkahak Mith Hotel!
We had a wonderful experience here — the hotel is very clean, with new furniture and daily room service that keeps everything fresh.
The pool is well maintained, the included breakfast is delicious, and the location is in a quiet area with beautiful sea views from the upper floors.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful — they even kept our scooter safely inside the lobby and helped us with anything we needed.
If you’re looking for a well-maintained, clean hotel with great service and peaceful surroundings, this is the place. Highly recommended!
