Hello, we would like to complain about the hotel we booked. Unfortunately, it was not good and did not meet our expectations. We are disappointed with our experience.

We had the best sleep here. It was calm and very, very peaceful to us. Our bedroom is indeed nice. However, the bathroom drainage didn't work properly. The location is acceptable, only a few minutes away from Otres Beach.

The room given was not cool and the door lock was not working properly, then I need to change to another room. However, the aircon in another room also not working so I need to use the fan for the night. (The hotel mention that all room were full that I cannot even upgrade my room). Moreover, the toilet drainage also block which is very difficult for shower. The staff also not helpful, not polite and also accuse us of telling lie about the room because I want their discount on the room 5$. Isn’t it funny ? Does 5$ mean a lot to your hotel ? The worst experience ever.

It's comfortable and clean when I stayed there but there are two things were lacking was I stayed there for 2 nights and they only provided bottles of water for 1 night which was not quite right compare to other hotel or resort that provide water base on numbers of staying and other thing was the AC is cool enough.
