I stayed for 8 days at Romnys place in a small hut with a beautiful view of the beach. It was very calm and you’re staying in the middle of the nature. The water is very clear and you can also rent a bike or do other activities like snorkeling. Romny and his family were really friendly and welcoming. The price for the stay was great for such a cozy and beautiful place. I can highly recommend this resort! I hope someday we can visit again :)

Amazing stay in their 8 bed dorm. Room was very clean. Food was great and the family that run it were so friendly and even gave us a free beer on our last night. Beach was beautiful and so quiet. Felt like a private beach !!

My stay with the Romny family at Romny Cozy Bay Bungalows was genuinely special. This is a Khmer family-run place, and they work the resort themselves, which really shows in how they treat their guests. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. They operate their own speed ferry service, and Romny personally met me at the pier and brought me to the resort, making arrival easy and personal. The bungalows were clean, comfortable, and ideal for a quiet, secluded stay. This isn’t a five-star luxury resort—and it’s not trying to be—but it’s perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed, authentic island experience. The resort is peaceful and set away from the busier parts of the island. Like most places on Koh Rong Sanloem, everything is spread out, but the family is happy to help arrange transport by tractor, scooter, or fourwheeler if needed. They also offer a few excursions. While the food and drink menu isn’t large, the food is genuinely delicious, the views are beautiful, and the care they put into making sure you enjoy your stay more than makes up for it. There are a few small areas that could use tidying, but nothing that took away from the experience. If you’re looking for a small, peaceful resort with real hospitality and kind people who take pride in what they do, I highly recommend staying with the Romny family.

I stayed at the Cozy Romne Bay Resort on Koh Rong sanloem , and it was honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever experienced. The resort is located directly on the beach and has its own private jetty, which is truly something special. Right under the jetty, there is an incredible variety of colorful fish — I had never seen anything like it before. You can snorkel directly there, and the resort provides snorkeling equipment for free, which makes everything extremely easy and convenient. It feels almost like having your own private bay and reef. A major highlight is the resort’s own private ferry. The ferry is very large and stable, which makes a huge difference, especially when the sea is rough. Even with waves, the ride feels safe and comfortable compared to smaller boats, and the entire transfer is very well organized and stress-free. The location itself is very peaceful and quiet, giving you the feeling of being completely away from everything. The bay is calm, the water is crystal clear, and the whole atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very clean. Everything felt new and well maintained. The pool was also very clean and perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach or snorkeling. The entire resort is well designed and taken care of. You can also rent scooters directly at the resort, which makes it easy to explore the island. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, Cozy Ro

Amazing view and lovely area it’s located in. The staff are amazing and the owners are lovely even buying us beer. The rooms are lovely with air con and clean as well as the toilets. Food is great and overall had an amazing experience here.
