I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly poor experience I had at this establishment, where both the service and the facilities are completely unacceptable. My stay was plagued by a leaking room that left water pooling on the floor, posing a significant hazard. When I reported this, the staff showed zero interest in resolving it. Instead of offering a solution or a room change, they were dismissive and insisted on handling things their own way, leaving me in a compromised, unsafe environment. The situation was made worse by a complete lack of transparency regarding their processes. I encountered major issues trying to use a coupon; not only was I unable to redeem it for the promised value, but I was also given contradictory and incorrect instructions by various departments. Nothing was clear, and trying to get a straight answer was impossible. What truly defined this experience, however, was the consistent rudeness. From the convenience store staff to the reception desk, the service was hostile. The reception staff, in particular, seemed to lack basic problem-solving skills and were incredibly unprofessional. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or someone higher up to address the leaking room and the billing errors, they flatly refused to escalate my concerns, effectively blocking any path to a resolution. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. Between the poorly maintained facilities and a staff that is actively rude and unhelpful, it is

Incredible location, good service. the rooms had some flaws and the food wasn’t great. There’s a lot of fun things to do at this resort but the view is about all that you need. Stunning outlook over the jungle that starts off as fog and slowly burns away to reveal the jungle below as you sis your coffee. There were an assortment of houses to choose from including converted buses, tents and yurts with bathrooms. We stayed in a treehouse style A frame and two story with three rooms that sleeps 8. Generally clean with strong AC but we found a rat, there was no refrigerator and the toilet seat kept sliding around. Most of the houses have a downstairs kitchen that includes a gas grill, wood grill with firewood and enough place settings for all 11 of us. Really fun way to get the camping experience in luxury. We planned to just buy food from the multiple restaurants on the property but we found the food quality wasn’t very good. (Disclaimer, we are from the west and the west menu wasn’t very good at all. We love Cambodian food and thought the local dishes were so so, but we aren’t local so take that with a grain of salt). We ended up getting takeout from another resort with excellent Indian food. The resort is very large with things to do like renting ATVs, and a lot of the attentions seemed centered around photo opps, lots of creative settings to get a pic. Overall I enjoyed my experience but if I came again I would bring my own food and cook.

EE-cafe is 55.5 km north-east of Romdoul Kirirom Resort by EHM — a short ride rather than a walk.

This countryside café in Kirirom offers coffee in a spacious, clean setting. Visitors find it a peaceful spot with functioning facilities, though it serves drinks rather than food. The atmosphere appeals to those seeking a quiet break in a rural location.

Guests consistently highlight the coffee quality and reasonable prices, along with the cleanliness of the space and toilets. Several mention the peacefulness of the setting. One visitor noted the limitation that food is not served here, only beverages, which is worth knowing if you plan a longer stop. The overall feedback suggests a straightforward, functional café rather than a destination venue.

The café suits travellers passing through Kirirom who want a coffee break without fanfare, or anyone seeking a calm spot away from busier areas. Go expecting coffee and a quiet atmosphere, not a meal or elaborate service. The rural location means it works best as a planned stop rather than a casual drop-in.
