Better quality than most hotels in Pursat, but maybe overpriced for the location, especially the river view rooms. They offer a buffet breakfast. The rooms are fine, but you may expect more for the price paid in a small provincial town. There's a swimming pool, which is a bonus.

Although the location is closed to the central market but there are too many things need to be improved in such price. 1. Hotel Lobby is hot and no air-conditioning 2. Hotel Lobby crystal light is all turned off which let the customers feel this hotel is nearly down. 3. Restaurant table has a lot of small cockroaches. 4. Most of the food shows on the menu are sold but no customers in there when we dine there. 5. Guest Rooms, our group booked more than 4 rooms, are all old with bad smell. 6. The ventilation fan in our toilet are all out of order. 7. Refrigerators are all out of order. 8. Beds are dirty. 9. No hanging rack for the customers inside the cloth cabinet. 10. Curtains are broken. 11. Air-conditioning in rooms are not cool enough even setting to 16 degree and turn on for a night without using a blanket.

Room was not very clean. Price was expensive. Breakfast was ok. Could stay at a guest house (without pool) for $25 a night cheaper.

The room smelled bad, the air conditioner wasn't working, the bath towels were filthy with black stains that couldn't be washed out, and the duvet cover looked like it hadn't been washed at all. The sheets, blankets, and bath towels had bloodstains and black stains that couldn't be removed. I woke up in the morning with small red bumps on my back. It was a very unpleasant experience. I didn't take any photos, since I was only passing through once. Unless absolutely necessary, don't stay here.
