08/03/2026 - Bed bugs
I had a few issues with this hostel upon arrival, none were too significant to me and were resolved. I returned that night and was informed the AC in the room was not working so we had to move rooms. In the new room (room E2 I think) I found a large bed bug under my pillow and beg bugs reminents on the corner of the mattresses.
There is also a lot of mosquitos in the seating area of the hostel and some in the room too.
I left the hostel and arranged a refund with the worker.
Im travelling almost 3 years. Now this hostel one of my favorite. Staff so so so kind and helpful. They were giving kindly answer my all question. And sooo clean hostel. All my asia trip; one of most clean one. I love it, with my heart suggested. You will never regret 🥰
Lovely guesthouse experience. Our room was extremely clean and elegant. The bed was comfortable and the AC + fan worked great. Shower has a heater and good pressure. The room was also equipped with a flatscreen TV and enough table space for two backpacks.
The guesthouse offers full service laundry for $1 / kg which was convenient and our clothes were returned neatly folded, smelling fresh. The breakfast was very tasty and affordable. Credit card / Apple Pay is accepted here which was a bonus. 10/10 would stay again if back in the area
This hostel is amazing!😍 The women who work here are the kindest, most helpful people ever — always smiling, giving great recommendations and happy to book anything you need. The whole place is super clean and cozy, including the bathrooms.
You can rent scooters, enjoy a delicious and cheap breakfast, and even play some pool at the billiard table. It really has everything you need.
Highly recommend — We felt so welcome and cared for. A perfect stay! But bring mosquito spray!😂
One of my fav stays in south east Asia, the staff were amazing the room was spacious extremely clean and beds comfy. Would recommend por chey to anyone. It has secure parking and is centrally located only 16 min walk to pub street and to there you will pass many local places to eat. We did a tour with the guesthouse and our tour guide Peter was a great guy and guide! Would definitely recommend booking tours with the guesthouse! It also has good coffee and a selection of food which is tasty!
