Just checked in for our first night, and I’m already wowed by this resort. The property is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived.
Our room is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. The surroundings are stunning, and everything we’ve experienced so far has exceeded our expectations.
Although we’re only at the beginning of our stay, first impressions have been outstanding. Looking forward to the rest of our time here and highly recommending this resort based on our experience so far.
The place is not up to standard. If this place is manager by EHM, then they should be the ones that should take better care of managing this place.
Staff is doing their best, but without real management means, their service cannot improve.
Very weak points
1. wifi ( very bad quality)
2. rooms (plumbing, airco very poor)
3. food quality (very poor)
4. service (poor)
5. pool (dirty)
Strong points
1. Location
Not convinced that you get value for money. Staff does what it can, but clearly this needs to be re-managed by EHM, as clearly it’s not getting the management attention this place deserves. It’s a great place, but if service and food is below standard and staff seems to be burned out, EHM should take up its responsibility
