Just sharing my booking experience. I booked a large family room for the 2026 New Year period at a premium rate of over $230 and paid a 50% deposit to secure the reservation.
Due to the conflict between Thailand and Cambodia, I contacted the hotel 7 days before my stay to request a postponement. I provided early notice specifically to give the hotel enough time to resell the room. The hotel agreed to the postponement and informed me that I could rebook later as long as I provided advance notice.
Following their instructions, I contacted the hotel again to rebook for February 19–21. However, I was told that the hotel is fully booked until mid next month and that they will keep my 50% deposit while allowing me to stay there only when I travel there at a later date.
In this situation, I feel that my booking is being unfairly refused. I followed every instruction given by the hotel in good faith, yet they are unwilling to provide the room or return my deposit.
This experience is extremely disappointing. It gives the impression that the hotel prioritizes keeping guest deposits over maintaining honest and reliable service. I would not recommend staying here if you value a business that keeps its commitments to customers.
View is beautiful. Service is excellent. The tents are comfortable, but too many gaps for wildlife to come in. The common area is pretty and comfortable for adults, but dangerous if you are bringing kids. There are many places to fall over on the common deck, so I wouldn't bring kids here under 7 years old.
Its hillside location is what this resort attracts us. Rooms are good but food services (including breakfast) are not available. Rooms rates are quite pricey compared to similar hotels in Siem Reap.
Very poor quality. Bad management. Not highly recommend if you want to come for a good night sleep. Guest just play loud music without considering other guests.
