The worst place to spend the night. Zero customer service. The place felt like they are going shut down any time soon, felt like to be abandoned. No responsibility or whatsoever. If could I would give a zero star. BE ALERT!! I went and check in at 8pm while I already deposited full payment a day prior and the staff just told us to wait 15 minutes while they were finishing the cleaning. 🤷🤷 The manager didn't even dare to come and apologize tried to avoid facing us.

Nice place with a clean swimming pool, which is good for kids, and a and a free one-hour motorbike to go to the to the top of the hills for sightseeing. Food is expensive compared to the public market, but it is a normal price for the resort. If you go with kids older than ten, you will be charged an extra bed with an additional $20 per night. One-bed rooms are normally $60 per night.

I would love to go there again, the view is incredible with the best weather surrounding by forest and the sound of bird the morning ! The food is acceptable and staff are friendly and helpful, they provided us a 4 wheel motorcycle and 2 guide to lead us to the waterfall . I love that so much, the environment is so peaceful the decorations are great I chose the Khmer connecting house. In contrast, the food is a bit expensive but it’s okay since we can bring food in without any charge ! Thank you for your good service 👍🏻

The review is going to be about my experience with one of more expensive room with a small private pool during the holidays. The mountain motorcycle trip is great and they also provided a coach. The location is great and have decent view. The ordered food are great. However, the planning of the location have some flaws, like the gate being too close to the road and putting the customers at high risk of collision from those coming up the hill. The design of the rooms is flawed including the arrangements of the furnitures. Not all basic necessities are provided, like rugs (The bathroom doesn't have a rug to dry your feet). The toilet and the shower are immediately visible from the bathroom door. The bathroom blinds are partially see-through from outside balcony. The private pool is completely visible from outside. The bathroom is unnecessarily big. The fixtures are not well maintained. The number of staffs is not sufficient to keep the location running well especially during holidays. Therefore, the services provided is severely lacking. There are many door openings letting insects into the room. The buffet severely lacked variety and aren’t great. The items we directly requested, like the rug, aren’t provided either. For these reasons, I give a good rating for location, a very bad rating for the room, and bad rating for services, of which is primarily due to poor management and being very understaffed. As a side note, the management also push their responsibility to the staff

Worse stay experience ever, the bathroom is wet and slippery, and they have no solution for that. The room door is impossible to be properly closed and there were insects crawling inside the room along with big mosquitoes at night. The price and quality is ridiculous. Basically, It's OVERPRICED. Plus, the service is BAD. The only good point to mention is that they provide atv riding.
