I stayed for 3 nights in a Premier Studio Deluxe. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything matched the room description.
The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable king-size bed and good overall condition. It felt comfortable and well suited for a city stay.
The location in BKK1 is a strong advantage-quiet, safe, and within walking distance of cafes, shops, and AEON Mall. The staff were polite, professional, and responsive.
Overall, great value for money and a solid choice for staying in Phnom Penh. I would consider staying here again.

From the moment I arrived, it’s exceeded all expectations. The property beautifully blends the comfort of a residence with the services of a luxury hotel. The lobby feels warm and welcoming, with attentive staff ready to assist with a genuine smile.
As a returning client, this will be a go-to apartment for me. All the staff (esp. the uncle security) are always warm, professional, and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The rooms are very cleaned and well-maintained, parking is convenient, and the café downstairs is not only a great place to work and focus and having meeting. On top of that, the location is excellent, you can easily walk to nearby malls (noro mall) and enjoy the whole BKK1.
