Nest Beach Club is a beachfront hostel on 4K Beach (Long Set Beach) in Koh Rong, Cambodia. It offers casual dorm rooms with decks and jungle views, along with an on-site bar and restaurant. The property is known for hosting parties every night and is a popular base for guests attending Nestival.
The hostel suits travellers looking for a social, lively atmosphere rather than a quiet retreat. A pool table is available at Nest Jungle, and the beachfront setting puts guests steps from the sand. It sits close to other hostels along Long Set Beach and is within reach of Koh Toch beach as well.
This is a hostel-style stay geared toward guests who want to be near the action — beach access, food and drink on site, and a built-in party scene — rather than those seeking full peace and quiet.

The establishment is open daily from 9 AM to midnight.
We stayed at Nest specifically because we’d heard about Nestival and it did not disappoint. The Saturday party was so much fun and probably one of the best hostel events we went to during our travels. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, and the hostel itself has a really unique feel
You can tell me that the parties are fun and everything (I haven’t been) but the rooms are just disgusting. Dirty, they smell mouldy, the toilets are just horrible, it’s very humid and everyday they pretend to cleans but it’s a very superficial way of cleaning…
I received some email saying that at my arrival at the peer it would have been easy to recognise the tuktuk driver that goes up and down from the peer to the nest, but there was no one there. I spoke with two girls and they had the same problem. I tried to contact them but they don’t have a WhatsApp number and they barely answer on the hostelworld chat.
They charge 5% for every single transaction if you pay by card (other hostels don’t).
The day of my checkout I forgot a pillow and went back a couple of hours later to get it and they told me “oh I’m so sorry it broke” and it was soaking wet ???
I also tried food and the chicken noodles portion was way too big but had no flavour. The pancakes I had for breakfast were okay but overpriced in my opinion.
The position is nice but the road to get there is really steep and if you want to go downtown by walking on the beach, unluckily you have to cross a river that seems quite gross to me…
I’m sorry to leave a bad review but literally nothing met my expectations. The rating does not reflect the quality of the hostel and it’s probably very high just because of their parties
Stayed here for 6 days and had a great time. Nestival is hosted here and you get the ticket for free which is brilliant. The hostel is right on the beach and has lovely staff and people. Its also the first place I've seen double beds which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend
First of all, we really enjoyed our time at Nest Hostel. However, we unfortunately experienced some issues with bed bugs.
On our second night, we woke up to find bed bugs in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful — they cleaned our clothes, treated our belongings, and gave us a refund for the night. We hoped that resolved the issue, but on our last day we found a large bed bug on the wall next to one of our beds.
As we were leaving very early, we didn’t have time to inform the staff in person, but we sent them an email about the issue. It has now been 10 days, and we still haven’t received a response. This is disappointing — not only because we had to pay to have our clothes cleaned ourselves, but also because we wanted to make sure they were aware so they could address the problem properly.
The hostel has a very social atmosphere and the staff are kind, but overall it felt quite unclean, and we also experienced some issues with the locks.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here until they improve their cleanliness and resolve the bed bug problem.
We booked through Hostelworld and our trip was cancelled after so we could not write our review there. But we stayed from the 24-30 march 2026.
The staff was mostly friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant was cozy, and every dish I ordered was delicious.
The beach is truly one of the best on the island.
If you could improve the room conditions and hygiene standards, this place would easily become the best on the island.
Dormitories 1 and 2 were much better, while Dormitory 3 was just average. As for the Nest Jungle, I have no comments really.
I suggest taking some time to visit the rooms, add stronger lighting, and carefully inspect the surroundings.
In addition to the noise and lack of respect from some guests in the rooms, I also experienced an episode of loud intimacy right above my head, which I have never encountered in other hostels.
Implementing clear rules of conduct in the rooms could elevate your business and attract a wider variety of guests.
Writing you in hope this will help you to improve you your already pretty good buisness.
