Customer service acceptable but the owner bad speaking to customer, room clean but uncomfortable. Unfortunately pillow is not soft.

Well located, great value for money plus: The location is right in the centre so everything is close and since the hotel is hidden in a yard it's calm and quiet at the same time. The equipment and the cleanliness above expectations especially regarding the surprisingly low price! minus: The staff at the reception was not excellent in english. There is a balcony around every storey which anyone can walk all along and so can watch through the window into your room, that is not very enjoyable. We would appreciate the possibility to have a breakfast in the hotel.

I like the room here. It is clean and the staff are friendly. This is new Guesthouse in the province where they also have the lift to go up and down. I was looking for the swimming pool and and restaurant here but they don't have it. So I decided to walk to nearby and found some good food to eat. I just feel a bit uncomfortable sitting and lay down on the tough mattress and I could hear the swallow bird singing constantly at night.

Lady at check-in looked like she didn't want to be there and wasn't welcoming. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Nice hot shower. TV, fridge and air conditioning all good. Good location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. OK for a quick stop over.

Rooms are ok but have a musty smell to them, air conditioning helps with that but it is still noticable. Prices are high ($5 more a night then compatible places). Arrived very late and the person at the front desk was very eager to help us (once he woke up and shook the sleepiness from his head).
