Naraya Guesthouse is a bed and breakfast in Cambodia, listed at 162, Street 30E, Phum Trapeang Lvea1, Sangkat Kakab 1, Phnom Penh 120912. It is a guesthouse, not a hotel: the listing covers a room and breakfast, and nothing in the property's details points to restaurants, a spa, a pool or other hotel facilities on site.
That makes it a straightforward choice for travellers who want a place to sleep and start the day rather than a resort to spend time in — people passing through the city for a night or two, arriving late or leaving early, or staying on a budget and happy to eat and get around outside the property.
One point to check before you book: the listing gives the city as Preah Vihear, but the street address is in Phnom Penh, two very different parts of Cambodia. Ask the property to confirm which one is right so you can plan transfers and arrival times around the correct location...
The address on file is 162, Street 30E, in Phum Trapeang Lvea1, Sangkat Kakab 1, Phnom Penh 120912. The listing separately records the city as Preah Vihear, so the surrounding neighbourhood depends on which of the two entries is accurate. If the street address is the correct one, the guesthouse sits in the Kakab area of Phnom Penh.
No check-in or check-out times, deposit terms or cancellation policy were supplied with this listing, so confirm them directly with the property. The same applies to arrival instructions, since the listed city and the listed street address do not match.

Prices are great, $13. The husband and wife duo are helpful and friendly hosts. Their rooms offer a cozy and clean feel, comfortable beds, a mini fridge and freezer, a TV, wardrobe, tables, and a nice bathroom. The wife makes great food and beverages, especially the chicken sour soup. I stayed at other guesthouses, and I came back to this hidden gem while finding my apartment. Its within walking distance to other shops and markets. And they have friendly neighbors.

Such an amazing couple who run this place. Both are are really kind and helpful. Only stayed one night but felt at home. It will is unfortunately near the new airport as the airport has changed to a new location but would still highly recommend staying here. Super friendly people. Thank you 🙏🏻

Great place! Very clean, spacious and the bed is comfy. Kind, helpful host pointed us in the direction of nearby streetfood and helped me print my visa. Highly recommend this stay.

I am very happy to have found this place. If you are traveling on a budget, but still want quality, this is the best place anywhere around. The family is very kind and good people. The rooms are as clean as can be. The beds are comfortable too. You can not feel the springs. It is a harder bed, but still one that you sink into a little bit. It is very comfortable and so are the pillows. All the bedding is very clean and fresh.
