It's been a long time since I had such a bad experience staying in a hotel. This kind of hotel will only come once in a lifetime.
First of all, the elevator to enter the hotel is broken, and you need to climb all the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor and above by yourself. Tourists with a lot of luggage are very lucky.
Secondly, after dark, bugs start to get into your room, your bed, and your clothes like crazy. You can't get rid of them. I went to the front desk to ask if there is any insecticide. The front desk's answer was: "Let me turn off the lights." I: "???"
Finally, it can be clearly seen that the quilt and pillow of the hotel have not been changed. The pillow is a whole yellow-brown color. How can I sleep? I don't know where the other good reviews come from.
Anyway, if you want to experience the feeling of bugs crawling wildly on your body and drilling into your nostrils in the middle of the night, and falling asleep under a quilt that has not been changed for several days, you can try this hotel.
I stayed one night Morokotatnak Hotel , you can have a decent stay , rooms were tidy. They were not running the restaurant, it could be due to pandemic or off season which is understandable. Most of the travellers know the Ratanakiri is Providing limited options this is one of the better option
Nice place. Nice views. Good service. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Room is comfortable. Very well situated, coffee and supper market at the grand floor and sky bar at the top and restaurant at the second floor ...
Newest and best hotel in town. Everything there. Total Petroleum station, Bonjour café, Minimart, Sky bar, Restaurant, Meeting room. The VIP Room are highly recommended.
Clean and nice views but big problems with the charging fee of check in before 9:30 am 🥴😂
They weren't informed before checking in but they will try to charge us when we check out. 😠
