I was cycling in September from Saigon to Phnom Penh, paid 50K KHR ($13 USD). Complimentary two bottles of water provided. Allowed me to take my bicycle to the room on the third floor (2nd floor by Western standard). A house gecko was present in the room (don’t worry, they are not harmful to people), consider it free pest control. AC was good, mattress firm. Toilet small and VERY basic. No toilet paper. Lady at reception doesn't speak English, use translator.
Clean and pretty comfortable quiet room with aircon for USD 13. Appropriate for price and nicely set back from main road.
They gave me a ground floor room so I could take bicycle into room - much appreciated.
There’s a cafe with v basic food options on the main road nearby.
We’re cycle touring from the UK & needed a stop before we rode into Phnom Penh. This hotel is basic but for the price excellent. The aircon is good, the shower had hot water. We felt very welcomed & loved the cat (who we ruthlessly encouraged). We were uncertain due to some previous reviews but for would defo recommend it here.
